Recommended use:

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 capsule).

Gymnema sylvestre leaf extract, capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract, Morus alba white mulberry leaf extract, Berberis aristata root extract, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), chromium picolinate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
