- Collagen: Collagen represents between 30% and 35% of the total proteins in the body and is naturally present in the joints.
- Hyaluronic acid: Hyaluronic acid is also present, naturally and in large quantities, in the joints.
- Vitamin C: contributes to the proper formation of collagen to ensure the correct functioning of bones, cartilage and skin.

Instructions for use
Adults.
1 level scoop a day (12g), preferably in the morning, diluted in a large glass of water or juice, at room temperature.
For better product solubility, it is recommended to add the liquid last. Stir vigorously. Let it stand for 2 minutes and stir again before drinking.
