Description
ACTION AND MECHANISM
Halogen-type antiseptic (iodine) with bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal properties. It is active against spores, although to a lesser extent against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

INDICATIONS
[INTIMATE HYGIENE] - [GENITOURINARY INFECTION]: Disinfectant wash of the external vaginal area. - Relief of symptoms associated with vaginal infections.
INTERACTIONS
The toxicity of this medicine may be enhanced by the concomitant application of mercury derivatives (risk of formation of caustic compounds).
POSOLOGY
Topical vaginal route:.- Wash with a dilution of 20 ml of product (2 level caps) per liter of warm, boiled water.
PRECAUTIONS
- Use hygienic measures to control the causes of the infection and prevent relapses.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
-Rarely, irritation of the vaginal mucosa and allergic disorders.
