Method of preparation:
Step 1 - Empty the water from the package;
Step 2 - Rinse the noodles 2-3 times under cold water;
Step 3 - Heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave for 1 minute;
Step 4 – Add your favorite sauce, soup or salad.
It can be served with your favorite sauce, ready in just 2 minutes.
Prepared from oat fiber and Bio Konjac flour (Juroat) and naturally extracted from the fibrous Konjac plant, Slim Noodles are a lower-calorie alternative to conventional noodles.
To lose weight it is recommended that eating about 33g (1/6 of the content) of Slim Noodles three times a day can help you lose weight.
We suggest adding water/juice and fruit to make a smoothie; Pasta has a neutral taste and absorbs the flavors of the ingredients with which it is combined.

Precautions:
Foods containing konjac must be consumed together with a sufficient amount of water (1-2 glasses) because there is a risk of drowning for people who have swallowing problems or when the product is consumed with insufficient liquid.
Keep in a cool and dry place. Do not freeze. Once the package is opened, keep it in water for a maximum of 2 days.
