Properties:
- is a dietary supplement with organically bound calcium and vitamin D3 content;
- it is recommended in the case of reduced consumption of dairy products (hypocalcic regimes), increased needs of calcium and vitamin D3: the period of intensive growth in young people, pregnancy and breastfeeding, the onset of menopause and post-menopause, for those who work in a sitting position or with reduced possibilities of movement, for those who are not exposed to sunlight for a long time, during weight loss treatments (deficiency diet), smokers, coffee and/or alcohol drinkers.

Ingredients:
Calcium citrate tetrahydrate, emulsifiers (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, tricalcium phosphate), stabilizer (crospovidone), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, talc), color (titanium dioxide), lactose monohydrate, wetting agent (polyethylene glycol), sugar, agent loading (gum arabic), corn starch, medium chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol, antioxidant (dl-α-tocopherol).

Way of ussage:
Adults and children over 7 years old are recommended 1-2 film-coated tablets per day. Preferably it will be administered after meals. If necessary, the film-coated tablets can be divided.

Precautions:
It is not recommended to take the product in case of renal insufficiency, renal calculus and hyperthyroidism. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption.
