How to use:

• Inhalations: suitable for treating respiratory problems, colds and preparing the skin for cosmetic treatments. Add 3-4 drops of oil to 1L of boiling water.
• Massage: add 4-6 drops of essential oil to about 10 ml of massage oil.
• Bath: put 4-6 drops of essential oil in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or carrier oil, then pour into the bath and mix well. The bath will last 10-20 minutes.
• Hot compress: 2 drops for small areas, 6-8 drops for large areas.
• Scented candle (lamp): add 3-5 drops of oil to the lukewarm water in the candle plate and light the candle.
