How to use
We recommend drinking a cup of herbal tea, even several times a day. To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water (approximately 200 ml) into a cup over the filter, making sure to cover it to prevent the dispersion of the more volatile aromatic compounds. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. It is not necessary to add sugar, as the special formula makes the infusion pleasant; if necessary, honey is preferable.
