Dicloreum cutaneous foam, 30 mg/g, 50 g, AlfaSigma
Indications:
Dicloreum contains the active substance diclofenac and is part of the group of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Dicloreum is applied locally to the problem area and is used to relieve local pain and inflammation in cases of traumatic or rheumatic conditions of the joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Contraindications:
Do not use Dicloreum:
- if you are allergic to diclofenac or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Dicloreum.
Pregnancy, lactation and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
As with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, Dicloreum 30 mg/g cutaneous foam should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Similar to other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the use of diclofenac may impair female fertility and is not recommended for women trying to become pregnant.
Driving and using machines:
Dicloreum has no influence on the ability to drive or use machines.
Method of administration:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is to apply Dicloreum to the problem area one to three times a day. For each application, depending on the size of the treated area, spray a circular mass of foam with a diameter of 3 to 5 cm (equivalent to approximately 0.75-1.5 grams) into the palm of your hand and rub in.

Dicloreum is applied to the negative pole in the case of iontophoresis treatment.
Dicloreum can also be used in combination with ultrasound therapy.
Do not use for more than 14 days.
If after 7 days of treatment there is no improvement in symptoms or they worsen, you should see a doctor, who will re-evaluate the treatment.
Elderly:
Elderly people should avoid using Dicloreum in combination with oral or injectable anti-inflammatory medication.
Use in children:
Dicloreum is contraindicated in children under 14 years of age.

Composition:
- The active substance is diclofenac. One gram of cutaneous foam contains 30 mg of diclofenac.
- The other ingredients are: sodium hydroxide, macrogol-6 glycerol caprylolacaprynate, phospholipone 80H, polysorbate 80, benzyl alcohol, potassium sorbate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, α-tocopherol acetate, mint/eucalyptus flavor, purified water, propellant mixture (isobutane, n-butane, propane).
