How to use
Take 2 sachets daily for the first week; then continue with 1 sachet daily for 3-6 months. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of water or other cold or warm liquid and consume immediately. The product can be taken at any time of the day.

The product contains probiotics, which are sensitive to heat, therefore it is recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden temperature changes, store away from light and preferably at a temperature below 25°C. The date written on the package refers to the product stored correctly, in an intact package.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
