10 sprays per day.
Property
Rhodiola has mood-modulating, antidepressant, and adaptogenic properties. It can increase serotonin levels in the brain, increase the availability of dopamine, adrenaline, and noradrenaline, and thus counteract the pathways that lead to addiction. Its adaptogenic and anti-stress properties generally enhance learning and memory. It is a source of flavonoids, essential for combating free radicals.
Melilotus officinalis contains some coumarins that can inhibit the cytochrome P2A6 (CYP2A6) that metabolizes nicotine in the liver, thus playing a key role in smoking addiction. It acts on the lymph nodes with a powerful lymphokinetic and draining effect. Coumarin is useful for problems related to venous-lymphatic insufficiency; it also stimulates the reticuloendothelial system (RES) and the proteolytic capacity of macrophages. It also improves microcirculation and stabilizes the red blood cell membrane, increasing tissue oxygenation.
Syzygium aromaticum is an antioxidant spice, due to its high levels of phenolic compounds (particularly eugenol). It is neuroprotective, improves memory, and has antipsychotic properties.
Nasturtium officinalis , or nasturtium, alters nicotine metabolism by significantly increasing the glucuronidation of cotinine and trans-3'-hydroxycotinine. It contains vitamins A, C, and E; and the minerals iron, magnesium, copper, and zinc, exerting antioxidant, immunomodulatory, and remineralizing effects.
Passionflower incarnata acts as a benzodiazepine receptor agonist, inhibits monoamine oxidase, interacts with benzodiazepine-GABA and serotonin receptor sites, and inhibits choline and dopamine uptake, strengthening the reward circuit. It has sedative and anxiolytic properties in alleviating nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
Crataegus oxycantha , or hawthorn, is traditionally used to protect the cardiovascular system from damage caused by smoking. It has important effects on the cardiovascular system.
Tilia tormentosa has a sedative effect on the brain, especially useful for anxious, hyperexcitable subjects and those with symptoms related to the somatization of anxiety at a visceral level.
