SiS Go Isotonic Energy Gel is the first isotonic gel in the world that manages to successfully provide a satisfactory amount of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams) for energy during exercise. It is made to be consumed without water, thus reducing the risk of bloating that can occur due to excessive fluid consumption.
How to use:
Consume 1-3 gels per hour to get about 60 grams of easily digestible carbohydrates. Given the importance of hydration, SiS Isotonic Gels can be used in conjunction with SiS Hydration Tablets or SiS Electrolyte Energy Drinks to create the right combination of energy and hydration during exercise.
