Properties :

GranuSept® wound cleansing hydrogel is an electrochemically modified water solution stabilized with hypochlorous acid. Its primary purpose is to change the wound environment: it mechanically removes foreign bodies that can cause skin irritation and infection, and ensures optimal hydration, moisture, oxygenation, and pH, thereby supporting the healing process.

• Does not contain alcohol
• No rinsing required
• Can be used on newborns

Application :

GranuSEPT® hydrogel is used for:

• cleansing wounds and preventing infections
• for use in case of minor skin abrasions, cuts, cuts, burns.
• for washing wounds
• for moisturizing wounds
• for use on irritated and infected skin

GranuSEPT® hydrogel can be used to moisturize wound dressings and the wound itself, as well as to soften dried dressings. It also flushes out irritants responsible for unpleasant wound odors.

How to use:
Apply GranuSept® hydrogel to the affected area to cleanse the wound and remove debris. Use as needed to ensure optimal healing conditions. For optimal results, allow it to dry naturally after application.
Dermatologically tested product.

Composition :
0.016% hypochlorous acid Excipients: ionized water, sodium chloride, monosodium phosphate and sodium magnesium fluorosilicate.

Contraindications :
GranuSept® hydrogel should not be used in cases of known allergic reaction or intolerance to any of its ingredients. Do not swallow. For topical use only. Do not use for longer than 30 days. The product may be used concurrently with other medications only after consulting a doctor.

Storage conditions:
The GranuSept® hydrogel medical device should be stored at room temperature up to 25°C, away from direct heat and sunlight.
