Herbitussin Cough and Sore Throat, 12 pills, USP Romania

Properties:
- naturally soothes throat irritation and cough, thanks to the natural ingredients in the composition: black elderberry and eucalyptus oil, vitamin C, honey and a unique combination of 14 plant extracts known for their beneficial effects.
- the ingredients have a calming effect on pain in the throat, pharynx, vocal cords and cough, having secretolytic (thyme), analgesic (mint), antimicrobial (eucalyptus), antiseptic (sage), emollient (linden, mallow, honey), immunostimulating (vitamin C) action.
- by acting on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity, throat and respiratory tract, it is indicated for its calming effect on irritation of the throat, pharynx and vocal cords;
- it is also recommended in case of respiratory discomfort caused by prolonged exposure to unventilated, dusty or air-conditioned rooms, or due to temperature changes, passive and active smoking or voice overload.

Method of administration:
- Children aged between 6 and 12 years: 2 pills per day.
- Children over 12 years of age and adults: 3 pills per day.
The tablets should be kept in the oral cavity until completely dissolved.

Honey, concentrated juice from Elderberry (Sambucus nigra); ascorbic acid/vitamin C; extract of 14 plants (Licorice root/ Glycyrrhiza glabra, Blackberry leaves/ Rubus fruticosus, Peppermint leaves/ Mentha piperita, Chamomile flowers/ Matricaria chamomilla, Eucalyptus leaves/ Eucalyptus globulus, Fennel fruits/ Foeniculum vulgare, Knapweed flowers/ Centaurea cyanus, Linden flowers/ Tilia cordata, Mallow flowers/ Malva sylvestris, Mullein flowers/ Verbascum phlomoides, Sage leaves/ Salvia officinalis, Star Anise fruits/ Illicium verum, Thyme aerial parts/ Thymus vulgaris, Elder flowers/ Sambucus nigra); menthol; anethole; Eucalyptus globulus essential oil. Other ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, water, sodium sulfite caramel.
