Description
Food supplement based on vitamin C, iron, zinc, folic acid, copper and vitamin B12.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, hemoglobin and normal energy metabolism, zinc to the normal metabolism of vitamin A, copper to the normal transport of iron in the body and the protection of cells against oxidative stress, folic acid to normal hematopoiesis and the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, and vitamin B12 to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

How to use
1 tablet per day, swallowed with water.
