Inoplus Easy Lax Syrup is a syrup for constipation with dietary fiber from plums. It contains water-soluble dietary fiber from papaya and plums, which restores normal bowel function without hindering the optimal absorption of vitamins and minerals. Papaya contains papain, an enzyme that helps digest proteins and foods containing gluten. Fennel, rich in dietary fiber and vitamins, has been known since ancient times for its soothing properties. Magnesium citrate increases fluids in the intestine, which is very beneficial for constipation.

Remember that constipated children should increase the amount of fluids they consume, ideally by drinking more water, but also by consuming more natural juices, fruits, and vegetables.

• Magnesium citrate: 10mg

Instructions for use

• From 3 to 4 years: from 2.5 ml to 5 ml per day.
• From 4 to 18 years: from 5 ml to 10 ml per day.
• From 18 years and over: from 10 ml to 20 ml per day.

The syrup should be administered in the morning for younger children (3-4 years), for older children and adults in 2 doses, morning and evening. It is recommended to increase fluid intake, ideally by drinking more water, as well as by drinking more natural juices, fruits and vegetables.
