Cold-pressed avocado oil, 100 ml, Herbavit

A rich source of vitamin A and D, avocado oil is easily absorbed by the skin and deeply hydrates.

• It is often used to treat skin problems such as psoriasis or eczema, as it soothes itching or dryness. It has a beneficial effect on the skin.

It can also be added to creams: add 10 drops of avocado oil to 10 g of cream (10 ml of lotion or tonic).

For all hair types , with various hair and scalp problems: hair loss, dandruff, chemically treated and dyed hair, lacking shine.

• The oil can be used in its pure state to massage the hair and/or scalp.
• Before washing, massage 2 tablespoons of avocado oil into your hair and scalp in circular motions. Leave for 5 minutes and wash as usual. It can be repeated with every wash, even daily!

Internal: being extremely rich in monounsaturated oleic acid, it has a beneficial effect on protecting and toning the cardiovascular system and reducing blood cholesterol.
