Oil obtained by cold pressing from raw sunflower seeds.
Sunflower oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids – 69%, monounsaturated fatty acids – 20%, saturated fatty acids – 11%. It contains 89% poly and monounsaturated fatty acids and is rich in vitamin E.
It is an excellent oil that can be used both in food and in cosmetics or therapy.
- Sunflower oil is one of the best oils for a healthy body and offers a very good balance between the different fatty acids. It is an excellent general tonic, anti-anemic and immunomodulatory.
- Consuming cold-pressed oils instead of refined ones contributes to the prevention of premature aging, lowering cholesterol, high blood pressure, the risk of stroke, but also to eliminating gastric problems.
