How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To promote sleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. To mitigate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival at the destination.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. The best before date applies to properly stored, unopened products.
