Lecithin is a vegetable substance, a mixture of phospholipids obtained from soy. Phospholipids are among the fats (lipids) that form a membrane that protects cells from the entry of unwanted substances, without preventing the access of necessary substances.
Recommended dose: 1 capsule 1x per day Use during meals. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
