Application areas of Mefix:
Mefix can be used to fix wound dressings, compresses, catheters and cannulas, as well as in a wide variety of other situations where fixation is required.
Application of Mefix
Mefix must not be applied under pressure, as this can lead to shear forces and consequently skin damage. This applies particularly to the joints.

Application of Mefix
Mefix must not be applied under pressure, as this can lead to shear forces and consequently skin damage. This applies particularly to the joints.
- Cut the bandage to the desired size.
- Separate the two parts of the protective paper by gently stretching and bending Mefix. Remove the narrow part.
- Apply the part with the exposed adhesive to the skin. Remove the remaining protective paper. Smooth Mefix down for optimal adhesion. Do not stretch Mefix during application.
