Natural food supplement based on organic blond psyllium combined with sodium bicarbonate and magnesium chloride.

This gentle supplement is useful for people with fragile intestines who have difficulty passing a bowel movement.

* Blonde psyllium is known for its ability to regulate intestinal transit. The seeds of this plant contain a mucilage that swells in the presence of water; an emollient mass is produced in the intestine which increases the volume of the stool, improves its consistency and accelerates transit. It is a ballast laxative.

the blonde psyllium (plantago ovata) is preferable to the black psyllium (plantago indica) because it is richer in fibre, of better quality.

* Magnesium chloride promotes digestion and natural intestinal motility.
* Sodium bicarbonate alkalizes the intestine and has a very mild laxative effect.

Oemine LAX is useful during pregnancy:
there is often constipation.
It is in fact a ballast laxative that acts by shaping the feces and with its emollient power on their hydration.
It does not have an action to stimulate intestinal contraction, as contact laxatives do.
