To produce 1 kg of pycnogenol, 1000 kg of bark is used. The entire process takes place within 48 hours of cutting down the tree. The powdered bark is extracted with ethanol and water.
Mediterranean pine extract (Pycnogenol) supports microcirculation and protects blood vessels. It plays a role in maintaining proper blood circulation.
