Pregnacare® breast-feeding is specially formulated to support the nutrition of mothers both in the postnatal period and during breastfeeding.

Ingredients per capsule:

Omega-3 from fish oil (from fish) 600 mg (providing 300 mg DHA and 60 mg EPA), Glycerin and Natural Lemon Oil Flavor.

How to use: 

• Adults: 2 tablets per day plus 1 Omega-3 capsule per day, during the main meal
• Swallow with water or a cold liquid
• Do not chew
• Do not take on an empty stomach
• Can be taken at any time after birth and used as long as necessary, during and after breastfeeding.

Precautions:

• Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are under medical supervision, suffer from epilepsy, thyroid disease, hemochromatosis, food allergies or are allergic to any of the ingredients
• Contains vitamin K and should therefore not be taken with anticoagulants (warfarin) without medical advice
• If you are breastfeeding a premature baby, consult your doctor or neonatologist before using this product
• This product contains iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children
• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle
