Designed to promote sleep and peaceful rest thanks to passion flower, while valerian promotes good quality sleep.
In addition, the product can also be taken during the day to promote relaxation, thanks to the synergy of all the herbs present, and to reduce tension, agitation and irritability, thanks to lemon balm. Relaxation during the day helps prepare the body for nightly rest.
The extracts contained in the product are obtained through an exclusive extraction technological process, called LPME (Liquid Phase Microextraction).

How to use
It is recommended to administer:
- 2 or 3 capsules in the evening to facilitate sleep and improve its quality;
- if necessary, 1 capsule in the morning to promote relaxation throughout the day.
Since the effect may vary depending on individual sensitivity, it is recommended to start with the minimum daily dose, increasing it according to your needs.
