Description
Dietary supplement with vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin B5, folic acid, magnesium, rhodiola and lemon balm extracts. It is particularly indicated in cases of increased physiological needs or reduced dietary intake.
Rhodiola extract has a tonic-adaptogenic action.
Rhodiola and lemon balm extracts have a positive effect on normal mood. Lemon balm extract is also useful for mental well-being.
Magnesium, together with B vitamins, present in the product, contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, both physical and mental.

Bulking agent: sorbitol; acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium (magnesium citrate, magnesium carbonate), dry extract of rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L., radix) titrated at 2% in rosavins, dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., folium); flavouring: lemon; anti-caking agent: sodium carbonate; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), sodium chloride.

How to use
Adults (18 years and older): one sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor. Some medications should be taken separately from meals and dietary supplements.
Not recommended for use under 18 years of age, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in the original container at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, away from light, humidity and direct sources of heat.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
