- Essential oil obtained by steam distillation from the Thymus Vulgaris plant.
- This essential oil acts as an intestinal antiseptic, expectorant, carminative and vermifuge.
- It is indicated in the treatment of bronchitis, laryngitis, gargitis, chronic cystitis, colitis, intestinal parasitosis and urinary infections.
- Contraindicated in hypertension.
Way of ussage:
You can take baths with 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam), massage 2-3 drops incorporated in massage oil, aromatherapy 3-5 drops in 50 ml water, inhalations with 8 drops per 100 ml of hot water.
