Description
Food supplement containing alpha-lipoic acid, epigallocatechin-3-gallate from green tea, boswellia and resveratrol from hogweed, with B vitamins and vitamin D. Folic acid and selenium complete the formula. Boswellia helps to combat localized tension and improves joint function. Riboflavin, niacin and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to normal psychological function and pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

Alpha-lipoic acid; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Boswellia gum (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) titrated to 30% in 3-acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid (AKBA), 95% epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) from green tea [leaves of Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze]; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide and talc; yellow film (glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, talc; dyes: iron oxides and iron hydroxide), resveratrol 98% from Polygonum cuspidatum root (Siebold & Zucc), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), nicotinamide (niacin), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), sodium selenite, cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

How to use
1 tablet per day, swallowed with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult a doctor before using this product. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate. This product should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or nursing women, by minors under 18 years of age, or on an empty stomach.

Conservation
Store in a cool (no more than 25°C) and dry place, away from light.
The minimum shelf life date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
