How to use
Take 5-6 tablets before main meals. Adjust the amount to your actual needs, spreading it throughout the day. Take 20-30 minutes before lunch or dinner.

Characteristics
Amino acid protein supplement consisting of free-form amino acids and peptides derived from the collagen protein found in the dermal layer of young cattle. It is further supplemented with the amino acids: glycine, proline, lysine, and methionine. It also provides vitamin B6, particularly useful for amino acid metabolism.
