Action:
- after opening, an exothermic reaction occurs due to the oxidation of the iron powder, which lasts up to 12 hours, the heat emitted by the product reaching 48ºC. This is the temperature that provides heat to relax tense and painful muscles. The patch acts locally, increasing local blood circulation, reducing the sensation of pain.
The patch can be used alone or in combination with oral analgesics.

How to use:
The patch should be applied to clean, dry and degreased skin. The patch should only be removed from the packaging before use. Remove the protective tape from the adhesive surface of the patch and apply the patch to the painful area or, in the case of people with reduced heat tolerance (including the elderly), apply the patch to cotton underwear that adheres directly to the body.
The patch heats up gradually, but the duration of its use must be adjusted individually to ensure the best therapeutic effect.
The patch is single-use and is intended for external use only. Do not use the patch on the same area for too long. If necessary, the next patch can be applied after 24 hours.
When combining the use of the patch with oral analgesics, special care should be taken, as the drugs reduce the sensation of pain. For this reason, it is recommended to apply the patch only to cotton underwear. In case of intense sweating, the patch should be removed immediately.

Storage conditions: the thermal patch should be stored away from light, at room temperature, in a dry place, out of the reach of children.

Warnings:
Do not use:
- on bruised or inflamed skin, irritated, damaged, with injuries or while bathing;
- on areas of the body with impaired heat sensation. The patch should be removed quickly if intense heat occurs in the area where it is applied - if the temperature felt is too high - or if the skin becomes irritated, red, stinging or inflamed;
- during sleep;
- a mechanically damaged patch;
- in people who are unable to fully follow the instructions for use or remove the patch themselves, for example the elderly;
- together with other medicines applied locally to the skin, for example warming ointments or other preparations or products that emit heat, such as heating pads

If the contents of a damaged patch come into contact with your eyes or skin, rinse immediately with water.
The used patch should not be reheated in any other way.
Keep out of direct sunlight.
Do not apply additional pressure to the patch.
The patch should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
People with rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, skin diseases, circulatory and neoplastic conditions, and pregnant women should consult a doctor before using the patch.
Heating products can cause burns. The risk of burns increases with age.
