Liposomal vitamin C recommended on a Facebook group. I am pleased with the quality, it is effective in colds especially. I take it for prevention and treatment in colds/ colds. At the first symptoms I take 1-2 sachets a day and have had no problems in the cold season. But I also take Quinton hypertonic plasma 1-3 vials a day. I also give it to my 4 year old child except that the taste is a bit unpleasant and it has to be mixed in a sweet soda to be accepted.
