Description
One of the basic trace elements contained in reishi extract is zinc, which contributes to maintaining the stability of the body's acidity.
Dosage:
The recommended daily dose is 2-3 capsules per day, 5 days a week and 2 days off or 3 weeks and 1 week off. We recommend taking it 20 minutes before a meal.
