How to use
Dissolve the powder in an amount of liquid (water, tea, herbal tea) corresponding to the desired consistency.
The liquid should not exceed room temperature.
For better mixing, it is preferable to use a blender.
Let it rest for a few minutes.

Quantity: considering that the average daily protein requirement is approximately 1g/kg of ideal body weight, the maximum recommended intake (3 sachets) is 45g, which represents approximately 60% of the requirement of a 70kg person.
