Vitamin B6 has a beneficial effect on:

Recommended intake:

1 tablet daily with water.

Ingredients:

Bulking agents: cellulose, calcium carbonate, sorbitols; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6); anti-caking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Possible presence of lactose (from milk).
