Yestimun® Beta-Glucan is safe. It belongs to the food category because it is made from pure natural brewer's yeast. Safety has also been demonstrated in clinical trials on the effectiveness of Yestimun® Beta-Glucan. The ingredient can be consumed daily without negative side effects [Auinger et al. (2013), Eur J Nutr Vol 52, ed. 8, pp. 1913-1918].

Clinical studies have shown that the administration of Yestimun® does not cause side effects. All study participants rated the tolerability of the ingredient as “very good” or “good” [Auinger et al. (2013), Eur J Nutr Vol 52, Issue 8, pp. 19131918].

In breweries, brewer's yeast grows on natural malt grains. These grains contain all the vitamins and trace elements necessary for yeast growth. Unlike baker's yeast, no additional units are required. Brewer's yeast requires a long maturation period in which it absorbs and accumulates additional minerals and vitamins from the grain. These unique characteristics have made brewer's yeast a popular and effective dietary supplement.

Ingredients: Yestimun® (Brewer's yeast extract (Saccharomyces cervisiae) 85% beta 1,3-1,6 β-D glucan, capsule shell: (binding agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Recommended daily dose : 1-2 capsules per day before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
