Fior di Loto's organic shell-shaped pasta (Conchiglie) is made from a mixture of yellow, black, red and green lentil flour, offering a healthy and nutritious alternative to traditional pasta. They are gluten free and suitable for vegan diets.
Method of preparation:
Add the pasta to the boiling water with a little salt. Boiling time: 3 minutes. Strain and mix with your favorite sauce.
