Application
Apply to dry hair. Use a small brush to pick up the powder. With your free hand, stretch the hair, press the brush into the hair from the roots and continue down - just use a straight motion. If necessary, apply more powder. Use the side edge of a small brush to extend the highlight. Gently remove excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
