Method of administration:

Sprinkle the required amount of CoproVet on the food product. If it is dry food, it can be slightly moistened for better adhesion.

Cats, dogs <5 kg: 1 tablespoon/day

Administration may be modified based on the veterinarian's recommendation, according to the biological characteristics of the intestinal parasites affecting the pet.

Description:

Yucca reduces the intensity of the smell of feces/urine in cats and dogs. By inhibiting urease, ammonium residues are neutralized. In addition, yucca improves digestion and nutrient absorption due to its saponin content.

Peppermint is rich in chlorophyll, which reduces body odor. Its essential oils have a strong aroma, which can counteract the smell of feces.

Pineapple – the presence of undigested food staples in the feces can be a factor leading to coprophagia. Pineapple is well known to be an aid to digestion. It substantially reduces undigested nutrients in the feces and alters the smell and taste of the feces.

What is coprophagia?

Coprophagia is a behavioral disorder characterized by the ingestion of feces. A behavior that is observed in dogs and less commonly in cats. They can eat either their own feces or those of other animals/species.

•Certain clinical pathologies can lead to coprophagia: pancreatic disorders, malabsorption syndrome or intestinal infections. Through feces, pets try to compensate for certain nutritional deficiencies due to an enzymatic deficiency. Diseases involving coprophagia are often accompanied by other symptoms: changes in blood biochemistry, changes in feces composition, vomiting, reduced activity, etc.
