– fenugreek seeds (Trigonellae foenugraeci semen) 132 mg
– sage (Salviae sclareae herba) 66 mg

Vinarița is a plant with a mild aroma, native to Europe, northern Africa and Asia, which grows in shady places, through beech or fir forests, in most regions of the globe. In the past it was used for blood purification and as a flavoring for culinary products. The extract from the fresh plant, in small doses, was considered refreshing. It is now better known for its calming effect on nervous agitation, helping to reduce over-arousal and stress, and improving sleep quality.

Fenugreek, a plant from the legume family, is one of the oldest plants used. It was mentioned in the Ebers Papyrus and in the writings of Hippocrates, and much respected by both the Chinese and the Arabs, the Greeks and the Romans in Antiquity. Now it is used especially in the kitchen, as a spice, or sprouted, as a spicy green, in salads.
Fenugreek seeds are nutritious and are traditionally used to stimulate the appetite, for their tonic effect in states of weakness and to reduce digestive discomfort.

Şerlai is an aromatic plant from the Lamiaceae family, used in the old tradition to clean the eyes, a fact directly related to its name derived from the Latin "clarus". It contains an essential oil rich in linalool and linalyl acetate, which gives it balsamic, aperitif, general tonic properties, supporting the functions of the stomach, reducing digestive discomfort and calming in states of nervous irritation and emotional discharges.

Administration method:
Children over 16 years and adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day, between meals*. If a stronger effect is needed, take up to 6 capsules per day, on the recommendation of the doctor or pharmacist.
Belt duration: 1 – 2 months. The cure can be repeated after a break of one month.

*between meals means that the administration should not be associated with food, therefore it is optimal to do it at least one hour after the last meal, and one hour before the next meal. This assumes that the product can be administered in the morning, at least one hour before the meal, and in the evening, at least one hour after the meal.

Cautions:
It is not recommended for children under 16 years of age (the effects on children are insufficiently studied) and in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Not recommended for pregnant women.
Nursing mothers can take one capsule 2-3 times a day for 2 weeks.
The treatment can be repeated after a break of 2 weeks.
