How to use Enroush Normal Organic Cotton Absorbents:
1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
2. Remove the individual packaging and the protective film from the back of the absorbent.
3. Stick the absorbent to the underwear, with the adhesive tape down, and fix the side fins, gluing them to the outside of the panties,
4. Throw the packaging in the trash or use it to wrap and throw away the used absorbent.
5. Change your absorbent pad at maximum 6 hours (or even earlier if it fills with liquid), to avoid any allergic reaction.
