Indications :
Faringosept Lemon 10 mg lozenges is an antiseptic medicine and belongs to the group of medicines for the oropharyngeal area.
Faringosept Lâmiaie 10 mg is used in adults, adolescents and children over 14 years of age as an adjunct in acute infections with entrance gate or localization in the oral cavity and pharynx: gingivitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and after tonsillectomy (surgical removal of tonsils) .

Composition:
The active substance is ambazone monohydrate. Each lozenge contains ambazone monohydrate 10 mg.

Administration method:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The usual dose is 3 - 5 tablets Faringosept Lemon 10 mg (30 - 50 mg ambazone) per day, for 3 - 4 days.
The tablets of Faringosept Lemon 10 mg are not swallowed, but are allowed to dissolve slowly in the oral cavity. Faringosept Lemon 10 mg is administered immediately after meals (15-30 minutes); it is recommended to avoid food or liquids for 2-3 hours after administration.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. If symptoms persist, contact your doctor immediately.
Use in children and adolescents
The recommended dose for children and adolescents aged 14-18 years is 1 Faringosept Lemon 10 mg tablet 3 times a day (30 mg ambazone), for 3-4 days.

Contraindications:
Do not use Faringosept Lemon 10 mg:
- if you are allergic to ambazone or any of the other components of this medicine.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
Faringosept Lemon does not influence the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.
