How to use
Crush one teaspoon of fennel fruit immediately before use (e.g., in a grinder), pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml), and steep, covered, for 10–15 minutes. Then strain and drink the warm, freshly prepared infusion; if the aroma is too intense, use whole fennel fruit.
Contraindications and precautions
Store in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those allergic to fennel.
