Properties:
- can contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system (vitamins B12, B2, B6 and niacin), to the reduction of fatigue (vitamins B12, B2, B6, niacin and folic acid), to the maintenance of mental health and to the normal functioning of the immune system (vitamin B12 and folic acid)
- vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and niacin can contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion;
- vitamin B12 and folic acid can contribute to maintaining mental health and the normal functioning of the immune system;
- vitamin B2 can contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells, to the normal metabolism of iron, to the maintenance of normal vision, to the maintenance of the health of the skin and mucous membranes and to the protection of cells against oxidative stress;
