Directions:

• Food supplement with DHA from microalgae, L-Methylfolate, iodine, iron, vitamin D (800 IU) and other vitamins and minerals.
• Together with diet, it helps achieve good nutritional status in women, which is essential for conception.

Composition:

• ^Ferginate® (18 mg): microencapsulated ferric saccharin in a matrix that protects it from the acidic pH of the stomach. Its release is gradual and its absorption is optimal in the duodenum, avoiding gastrointestinal side effects.
• Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
• DHA from microalgae (100 mg): contributes to brain and visual development L-Methylfolate (400 µg): helps prevent neural tube defects in the fetus.
• The beneficial effect is obtained with daily intake for at least one month before conception and up to three months after.
• Iodine (150 µg): contributes to proper cognitive and neurological development
• Vitamin D (800 IU) (10 µg): promotes calcium absorption for proper bone formation.
• Beta-carotene – Provitamin A (0.8 mg): plays a role in cell division processes.
• Zinc (10 µg): contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. ^Gestagyn® Preconception meets the recommendations of the Spanish Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics (SEGO): 400 µg of L-methylfolate and 150 µg of iodine, at least 3 months before conception.
