Description

Properties:
One of the most popular medicinal plants, it has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory action, with excellent effects in various ailments of the digestive organs: gastritis, colitis, digestive cramps, flatulence. It also gives a state of peace and mental detachment. That external use has cicatrizing action being used in stomatitis, wounds, hemorrhoids.
Composition:
Chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flos)
Method of preparation:
Internal use - infusion from 1 sachet; External use – infusion of 2-4 sachets. Put in 200 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Administration method:
Internal use – 2-3 cups a day. External use – compresses, local baths.
Contraindications:
At the recommended doses, they are not known
