Method of preparation:
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 400 ml of the coconut/almond vegetable drink and put on a low heat, stirring gently with a silicone spatula until the mixture thickens.
From the moment it begins to bubble slightly, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Afterwards, incorporate 100g of butter at room temperature with the help of the mixer.
You will get a light cream that can be eaten as it is or can be used as a filling in various desserts.
Note: this product is also suitable for low fat diets if butter is not added.
