Description
Lichedi K2 is a dietary supplement containing vitamin D and vitamin K, which contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones, and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for normal bone and cartilage function. Vitamins D and C also contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after a meal (at your discretion), with a glass of water.

Components
Bulking agent: magnesium citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, glazing agent: ethylcellulose), L-lysine, vegetable capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), vitamin K2 (menaquinone) derived from soy, vitamin D3 (vegetable cholecalciferol - Cladonia rangiferina Web lichen extract, thallus).
