Composition:
Aluminum hydroxide 400 mg; magnesium hydroxide 400 mg; flavored excipients qsp one tablet.

Properties:
Maalox soothes upper digestive tract pain for several hours. Antacid, protector of the esogastroduodenal mucosa, transparent to X-rays.

Indications:
Symptomatic treatment of disorders due to gastric acidity. Gastritis, hiatal hernia, dyspepsia, gastroduodenal ulcer, esophageal acidity.

Contraindications:
Severe renal failure. In case of serious kidney disorders, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

Precautions:
Administration precautions in patients with chronic renal dialysis. If digestive pain persists, consult your doctor. If the pain is accompanied by fever or vomiting, consult a doctor immediately. This product may alter the absorption of other medicines. In case of associated treatments, consult your doctor. Other medicines can be given about 2 hours after taking the antacid.

Dosage and method of administration:
This medicine is administered at the time of pain or 90 minutes after a meal or according to the doctor's advice. Usually maximum 6 times a day.
1-2 tablets at the time of pain or 90 minutes after a meal.

Possible side effects:
Like all active products, this medicine can produce, in some people, unpleasant effects: constipation, diarrhea.

Storage conditions:
