Nutritional supplement. The oil is obtained from fish living in cold Arctic waters and contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are biologically active omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain activity and normal vision, together with EPA also contributes to the maintenance of normal heart activity, while a beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day.
Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day.
Warning: Not intended for children under 3 years of age. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of small children.
