Each Melabiorytm B6 Max tablet contains 6 mg of melatonin ( Melatonin ) and 20 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride ( Pyridoxini hydrochloridum ).
Melatonin is a hormone produced in the body by the pineal gland, located in the central nervous system. It plays an important role in regulating the biological circadian rhythm. It causes a direct hypnotic effect and has a chronobiological effect, adapting changes in sleep and wakefulness to changes in lighting and the length of day and night. B6 stimulates melatonin secretion.
Pyridoxine takes part in the body's metabolic processes.
The pack of Melabiorym B6 Max contains 30 round, biconvex, white to yellowish-white tablets.
