Properties:
Melatonin helps alleviate sleep disorders. *

* The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg administered before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination.
** The beneficial effect is obtained under conditions of consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.

Ingredients:
Melatonin 3 mg, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Mode of administration:
Only for adults. One tablet a day, in the evening before going to bed.

Precautions:
Contraindicated for children and pregnant or lactating women. It can affect driving reflexes and a
people who handle machines in the first 5 hours after administration. May interact with drugs/dietary supplements that act on the central nervous system when administered concurrently.
Contraindicated to people allergic to any of the product components.
